Brett has a BA from Arizona State University and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Sanford Millar is a Certified Specialist in Taxation Law. He has been instrumental in the organizational architecture of the Company and implementation of its business. Sanford has over thirty (30) years experience in business and law in diverse domestic and cross-border transactions, including gaming and telecommunications. He has a bachelor’s degree and a Master's in Business Taxation from the University of Southern California and a law degree from Southwestern University School of Law.
